Notification Regarding the Procurement of Raw Materials Used in Our Products
2026-04-16
To Our Valued Business Partners,
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and patronage.
As you are aware, the prolonged and expanding conflict in the Middle East has disrupted the transportation of crude oil produced in the region. This has resulted in a global supply shortage and a sharp increase in crude oil prices.
In response to these developments, we have been diligently coordinating and negotiating with our various raw material suppliers to assess the situation. Consequently, we have secured a framework that allows us to maintain our conventional production levels for approximately the next two months.
However, should the situation in the Middle East deteriorate further or persist long-term, leading to difficulties in procuring raw materials, we may unfortunately be required to take the following actions. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding these circumstances.
1. Delivery Dates and Order Quantities
Depending on the extent of shipping restrictions imposed by our suppliers, we anticipate potential adjustments to the delivery dates and quantities of our raw materials. As a result, please be advised that our notification regarding product delivery dates may take longer than usual, and we may be unable to meet your requested deadlines or quantities.2. Product Pricing
The continued rise in crude oil prices raises concerns about a sudden surge in our procurement costs for raw materials. Therefore, please be aware that we may request a revision of our product prices, even for quotes that are still within their validity period.Sincerely,
April 2026
