CAD design and CAM editing
This area plays a key role as the initial in our integrated production system.
We maintain our own design department, which is rare for a mask manufacturer, allowing us to setup an integrated production system that spans from design to production of masks.
In addition to creating blueprints and conducting design checks, we can also handle data corrections to suit the customer’s manufacturing environment, including tailoring this to equipment data used in the manufacturing process, such as molds, and inspection data after the product is completed.
Tools in our possession
We have a variety of CAD/CAM tools to handle all types of data formats.
We aim to design in a rationalized way and in the shortest time possible by taking advantage of the features of the tools specific each design.
