Basic policy
Ensure the maintenance and improvement of quality and the environment by practicing the “three-prize” principle.
Course of Actions
- 1. Comply with the laws and regulations of the national and local governments.
- 2. To understand and comprehend customer requirements and aim for customer satisfaction.
- 3. Aim for conformity to requirements and continuous improvement of the Takeda Tokyo Process Service Management System.
- 4. Aim to develop unique products by considering the environmental impact of the product life cycle.
- 5. Ensure that environment-related substances are controlled in all business activities.
- 6. Promote waste reduction and recycle/reuse.
- 7. Promote resource and energy conservation.
- 8. Continue to maintain these activities.
- 9. To ensure the operation of the Takeda Tokyo Process Service Management System, targets shall be set and reviewed on a regular basis.
